Holloway Squire Partnership was originally established in 1989 as a Professional Chartered Surveying practice and this remains the core service provided by the company.
The provision of financial and contractual advice based upon solid experience and a thorough professional approach remains the corner stone of our approach to assisting Clients achieve their goals of cost, time and quality.
We offer a comprehensive range of surveying services to provide support to a Client from cost budgeting at feasibility stage to the successful construction and agreement of the final account upon completion of the project. We pride ourselves on delivering projects on budget and on managing risk for our Clients; our long term relationship with many of our Clients demonstrates our success in achieving these goals.
As a QS practice we have dealt with projects across a wide range of values and types for all manner of Clients, the common thread to all these projects being their individual nature as unique projects and our emphasis on treating each scheme in that regard.
In addition to our core surveying services we are also able to provide fire insurance valuations, act as expert witness in quantity surveying disputes, undertake dispute resolution and assist with Capital Allowance Reports.
