Project Management
Both Directors of Holloway Squire Partnership are qualified Chartered Project Managers (graduating from The College of Estate Management) and combine their academic achievements with over twenty years experience in the construction industry to deliver Project Management services in a variety of forms.
Whilst the service provided is tailored to the requirements of the individual Client and scheme, we are able to provide three options for management. Firstly we can undertake Contract Administration duties in conjunction with a Clients design team reporting directly to the Client in administering the Contract with the build Contractor.
Secondly we can provide a Project Coordination service, in conjunction with the Client and the lead design consultant we coordinate the development process with the Client from inception to completion.
Lastly we can provide a full Project Management service sitting between the Client and the design and construction team acting as the Clients representative in all matters.
