Established in 1989 Holloway Squire Partnership is a multidisciplinary practice providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration and CDM Coordination services to private and public clients.

 

Based in Fareham, Hampshire we act on behalf of Clients from all sectors of the property market with particular expertise in the fields of education, social housing, care homes, bespoke private houses, the commercial and retail sector, historic building refurbishment, bank monitoring services and master planning.

 

The founding directors Jonathan Squire and Alan Holloway are both Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Project Managers. It is a principle of our practice that all clients have continual and direct contact with one or both Directors. Every project upon which we act is the responsibility of a Director reporting to the Client, this relationship continuing from scheme inception to completion. This personal and dedicated approach enables us to give our clients a first class service.

 

We frequently act in close association with Clients in coordinating the management of their construction projects, our extensive experience and ability to offer a wide range of related services gives our clients a single source for professional surveying and management services.

 

HSP is a member of the Green Register of construction professionals and are actively involved in many projects with a particular emphasis on sustainability whether in a commercial or residential setting.

 

In addition to our core services we are also able to provide fire insurance valuations, act as expert witness in quantity surveying disputes, undertake dispute resolution and assist with Capital Allowance Reports.
