Our broad experience in multi facetted, phased projects commences with cost advice on the master plan, ongoing cost management, leading to the management and procurement of the individual components required to deliver that plan.

 

We provide to our Clients the ability to focus on the detail of a complex project without loosing sight of the overall objectives. Our experience on schemes spanning many years and multiple individual projects include Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth and the redevelopment of the Isle of Wight College in Newport amongst numerous other mixed commercial/housing schemes.
