CDM Coordination
As a registered practice with the Association for Project Safety Holloway Squire Partnership are qualified and experienced in providing CDM Coordination services either as a stand alone service or as part of the range of management services undertaken on a project.
Our duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 include the preparation of the Pre Construction Information, reviewing the Construction Phase Safety Plan and coordination of the health and safety considerations of the design and construction phases of a project.
Holloway Squire Partnership has acted for both Local Authority and commercial Clients as CDM Coordinators on schemes with particular health and safety challenges due their situation in public spaces or in occupied premises.
