With extensive experience in both residential and commercial development; acting for both developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities; we are able to offer wide ranging advice to financial institutions on development projects.

 

Commencing with a detailed report on the proposed scheme, prior to any agreement to funds, we are then able to monitor the project from planning through to completion in a pro-active manner to advice the funder and to provide assistance to the developer.
